Hi, Amy. I found your blog through WebMD and I'm enjoying reading all the information. I have Undifferentiated Connective Tissue Disease and trying to eat healthier foods. On the weekends, I splurge a little bit with not to healthy foods, but trying to do better and better. I have read that women should not take panax ginseng. Have you ever heard that? It was in a book about adrenal exhaustion which my compounding pharmacist believes I also had. Thanks for the info. D
